We aim to keep Thermal Sanctum pricing fair and competitive while respecting manufacturer guidelines.
Our approach
When you invest in wellness equipment, you should feel confident that you are receiving a strong value from an authorized retailer. If you see a lower delivered price from an eligible competitor on the same item, we can often match it after review.
How to request a review
- Email support@thermalsanctum.com or call +1 (302) 219-4061.
- Include a link to the competitor product page and, if possible, a screenshot showing price and shipping.
- Provide the full product name and model number, the advertised price, shipping cost and any promo code that has been applied.
Requests are easiest to review before purchase, but we will also consider requests made within 24 hours of your Thermal Sanctum order.
Eligibility criteria
- The product must be the same brand, model and configuration, new and factory sealed, with an equivalent warranty.
- The competitor must be an authorized United States retailer selling directly to individual customers.
- The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase, not marked as backorder or pre order.
- We compare the competitor total delivered price, including product price, shipping, handling and any mandatory fees.
- Requests cannot be combined with other Thermal Sanctum discounts unless we confirm an exception in writing.
Offers that do not qualify
- Clearance, liquidation, open box, floor models or refurbished units.
- Typographical errors or obviously incorrect prices.
- Limited quantity or flash promotions with strict unit limits per customer.
- Bundle pricing that includes additional services or products.
- Prices that require special membership, loyalty points or non standard financing.
Decision process
Once we receive your request, we verify the competitor offer, confirm eligibility and check current manufacturer pricing. If the request meets these conditions and we are able to match the delivered price, we confirm the adjusted price with you before purchase or apply a partial refund for qualifying recent orders.
